About

The front office
for the trades.

Cloverly is an AI front office for owner-operator trade shops. It answers the phone 24/7 in English and Spanish, qualifies the job, books the estimate, requests the Google review, and reports the revenue it recovered — so a missed call stops meaning a lost job. Cloverly was founded in 2026 and is based in Provo, Utah.

How we run it

The terms are the pitch.

Everything below is already published elsewhere on this site. This is the short version, in one place.

Month to month, no contract

Cancel with one email. No term, no cancellation fee, no clawback of anything built. The rate you sign at stays your rate for as long as you stay.

30 days, or the month back

If Cloverly hasn't booked you a job inside 30 days of your first paid day, email us and we refund that first month in full. You keep the scripts.

Your number stays yours

No porting, no new line. Your cell rings first, and Cloverly only hears the calls you don't answer. Any failure on our side forwards the call straight to your cell — the fallback is set at the carrier, so it holds even when our software is down.

We publish what it doesn't do

The features page lists the limits and the parts that aren't switched on yet, in plain language. We don't invent customers, and we don't repeat vendor statistics we can't verify — the blog is where we show that work.

Who builds it

The people on the phone lines
are the people who built them.

Cloverly was founded by Will Westover. The team writes the call scripts, runs the phone lines, and tunes them against real recordings — the same people you talk to when you book a call.
